PLEASE READ THIS END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS APPLICATION. BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE PDF READER APPLICATION (“APP”), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR USE THE APP.

General Information

This Agreement is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Chirag Moradiya ("Developer") for the use of the App. The App is available for download from the Apple App Store and is governed by their terms in addition to this Agreement.

Definitions

Application refers to the PDF Reader app provided by the Developer, designed for installation and use on your device.

Company refers to the organization providing the Application, also identified as “We,” “Us,” or “Our” throughout this document.

Content includes any PDF files or documents that you upload, open, or manage through the Application.

Country refers to the jurisdiction where the Company operates, specifically Gujarat, India.

Agreement refers to this End-User License Agreement, representing the complete understanding between you and the Company regarding your use of the Application.

Device refers to any hardware, such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer, capable of running the Application.

You denotes the person or entity that downloads, installs, or uses the Application and agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

Acknowledgment

By selecting the "I Agree" button, downloading, or using the Application, You acknowledge and accept the terms of this Agreement. If You do not agree with the terms, do not click "I Agree", download, or use the Application.

This Agreement is a legally binding contract between You and the Company regarding your use of the Application provided by the Company.

The Application is licensed to You, not sold, and is made available for use in strict accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

License

Scope of the License

The Company provides you with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and utilize the Application strictly as permitted under this Agreement.

This license is exclusively for your personal and non-commercial use, subject to full compliance with the terms outlined herein.

PDF File Access and Management

The Application enables You to view, open, and manage PDF files stored on your Device. You can browse a list of available PDF documents and categorize or organize them for better access.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to access and manage any PDF files used within the Application. The Company is not responsible for the content or origin of any files used in the App.
